Booking and Payment
Full payment is required to secure your place in the workshop. Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received.
Cancellations by Participant
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the workshop date may receive a transfer to a future workshop at our discretion.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the workshop are non refundable due to limited participant numbers, venue hire, and preparation costs.
Non Attendance
If a participant does not attend the workshop on the scheduled date, no refund will be provided.
Changes or Cancellations by Us
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, participants will be offered a transfer to a new date or a full refund.
Liability
Participants are responsible for their own personal safety and belongings during the workshop.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
