Cleaning Service Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by The Gleam Team Cleaning Services Ltd. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. MINIMUM BOOKING
A minimum booking time may apply depending on the type of service requested.

2. BOOKINGS AND QUOTES
Quotes are based on the information provided by the client. If the condition of the property differs from what was described, the final price may change.

3. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made with reasonable notice. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients must ensure the property is accessible and that personal belongings are removed from areas requiring cleaning.

6. CLEANING RESULTS
While every effort is made to achieve the best possible results, some stains, marks or damage may not be removable due to age, condition or previous damage.

7. CARPET CLEANING DISCLAIMER
Carpet cleaning results depend on the age and condition of the carpet. The following may not be removable:
• Permanent stains
• Pet urine damage
• Dye stains
• Sun fading
• Carpet wear

Cleaning may reveal pre existing carpet damage or weakened backing.

8. ACCESS TO PROPERTY
Clients must ensure safe and clear access to the property at the scheduled time. Electricity and water must be available. If cleaners cannot access the property, a call out fee or full service charge may apply.

9. HEALTH AND SAFETY
The Gleam Team Cleaning Services Ltd reserves the right to stop work where the environment is unsafe.
This includes:
• Hazardous chemicals
• Biohazards
• Pest infestations
• Dangerous structures
• Aggressive animals
If work stops due to safety concerns, the full service fee may still apply.

10. RESPECTFUL BEHAVIOUR POLICY
The Gleam Team Cleaning Services Ltd expects respectful behaviour towards staff at all times. The company reserves the right to stop work if staff experience aggressive, abusive or unsafe behaviour.

11. LIABILITY
The Gleam Team Cleaning Services Ltd will take all reasonable care while providing services. However, the company is not responsible for pre existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items not secured properly.

12. AGREEMENT
By booking a service with The Gleam Team Cleaning Services Ltd, the client confirms that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
